I have these orthotics in all of my shoes. This specific product was recommended by my podiatrist due to several foot issues (idiopathic peripheral neuropathy, over pronation and plantar fascitis). Each time I purchase a new pair of Rx shoes I also purchase a new set of orthotics! Would not wear any of my shoes without them!
